What we collect

When you contact us through this website, by WhatsApp, by telephone, or through a form attached to one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details you choose to give us. That is usually your name, telephone number, the area you are in, the type of matter, how urgent it is, and a short description of it.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, original documents, identity card numbers or bank details through a form. Those are discussed at a consultation.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about the matter you raised, to decide whether the chambers can act for you, and, if you instruct us, to conduct that matter.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside the chambers except where you instruct us to, where a court requires it, or where the law obliges us to.

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram

Our advertisements are run through Meta. When you submit a form inside an advertisement, Meta passes the answers to us. Meta's own use of your information is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not become a matter is deleted within twelve months. Where you instruct us, your details are kept for as long as the matter and our professional obligations require.

Confidentiality

Everything you tell us in seeking legal advice is treated as confidential, whether or not you go on to instruct us.

Your choices

How to delete your data

To have the details you gave us through this website or a Facebook or Instagram form deleted, send a WhatsApp message to +92 315 4304204 saying "Please delete my data", from the number you gave us, or tell us your name and that number by telephone.

We delete your details from our enquiry records and our email within 30 days and confirm to you when it is done. Details we must keep for a matter you have instructed us on are kept only as long as the law and our professional duties require.

To remove the information Meta itself holds, use the settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
