Naich Law Chambers is among the established litigation practices of Sindh. For more than twenty five years the chambers has appeared for individuals, families, landowners and businesses in the matters that decide what they own, what they are owed and what they are accused of.

The chambers maintains offices in Karachi and Sukkur, and appears across the whole of the province: before the High Court of Sindh at both the principal seat and the Sukkur Bench, before the District and Sessions Courts of every district, and before the revenue authorities and the Board of Revenue.

Every case has them. A client should hear them from his own counsel at the first conference, rather than from opposing counsel in cross examination.

A suit that cannot succeed costs money, years, and the opportunity to settle on better terms. Where that is the position the chambers says so, and advises what may be done instead.

The professional fee is confirmed before work begins, and court fees, stamp duty and process costs are stated separately. Nothing is added afterwards without discussion.

Advocate High Court
Ghulam Ali Naich is an Advocate High Court and heads Naich Law Chambers, leading its litigation practice across Sindh. He appears before the High Court of Sindh at Karachi and at the Sukkur Bench, and before the District and Sessions Courts throughout the province.
His practice spans civil and property litigation, rent and land revenue matters, commercial disputes and criminal defence. He settles the chambers' briefs personally and argues the matters he prepares.
